Oklahoma City, Okla. – The five-game winning streak that Sterling baseball had has been halted as they took on a very tough Oklahoma City University team. Sterling had a chance to score early and did not capitalize. Before they new it, OKC took advantage of their opportunities. OKC scored in each of the first seven innings and the only answer the Warriors had was three runs in the seventh inning. Sterling was able to collect six hits, including a double by Imanol Rafael Ramos. Ramos, Luis Morales and Austin Santiago account for the three Warrior RBIs.

Sterling returns home on Friday and Saturday in hopes of starting a new winning streak. The Warriors host Bethany College as they return to KCAC play. The Warriors are now 7-2 (3-0) in this young season.
