The SC Baseball field has evolved into one of the premier all-natural fields in the KCAC.

Over the past few season, the baseball field has received a number of upgrades on and around the field. The most eye-catching upgrades in recent years was the installation of a new scoreboard in left-center field. The 10-inning LCD scoreboard was donated to the Warrior baseball program in the fall of 2013 from Sterling Alum and avid Sterling baseball fan Florence Hill. In the spring of 2014, the scoreboard was dedicated in remembrance of Florence's husband, Ollie G. Hill Jr (Sterling '49).

Other upgrades over the past few seasons include the addition of two full 75 foot batting cages outside the fence on the first base side, the relocation of the press box into the back of the football press box, the expansion of both dugouts, and the installation of a new fence during the summer of 2012.
