Sterling College SPORTS PERFORMANCE Philosophy
Improving athletic performance while reducing the risk of injury are the
primary objectives of a sound strength and conditioning program. We are driven by improved performance on the playing field, court, track, and pool. It is our goal to promote and foster an atmosphere that is conducive to the mental, physical, and spiritual development of each individual athlete.
