"Our women got off to a slow start with a smaller team than anticipated at the start of the season but they did such a good job of battling and finding a way to play for each other," head coach Nicole Marin said. "Despite injuries and other challenges, these young ladies were able to come away with point against some of the toughest teams in the conference and built up a positive team dynamic and strong bond. Although our seniors will be missed, our returners are motivated to compete and improve next season."
