Warrior Tennis Sweeps Swedes

Sterling, Kan. – The women's and men's tennis teams took care of business at home allowing just one point between the two matches. Both teams were in control the whole match as the women won 7-0, and the men took a 6-1 win.

Women

The Lady Warriors won every match they played. They took all three of the doubles points by scores of 6-3, 6-3, and 6-2. Complete results are below.

The Lady Warriors are now 8-1 (3-1) this season and are holding strong in the top five of the KCAC standings.

Men

The Warrior men have been nearly perfect since the start of the KCAC season and Wednesday was no exception against Bethany College. Sterling ran away with a 6-1 win over the Swedes and improved to 2-1 in KCAC play. Below are the complete results.

The Warrior men are now 4-4 overall and 2-1 in KCAC play as they work to stay in the top five of the KCAC standings. Both the men and women play Oklahoma Wesleyan University on Saturday in another KCAC matchup.
