Bio

Originally from Wyoming, Andrew Drake began his journey at Sterling College as a student, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in 2012. He returned to Sterling College as the head athletic trainer in the fall of 2020 after working as an athletic trainer for Friends University from 2016-2020.

Drake received his Master of Art in Teaching from the University of West Alabama in 2015 which he uses as a Clinical Professor of Athletic Training for Sterling’s Graduate Athletic Training Program. In the 2023-24 season, he was named the KCAC Head Athletic Trainer of the Year.

Drake lives in Lyons, Kan. with his wife and two kids.
