Men’s Golf Takes Fifth at KCAC Championship
Garden City, Kan. – The Warrior men's golf team finished day one in fifth place and held steady over the final two rounds at Buffalo Dunes Golf Course in Garden City, Kan. earlier this week. As a team over the four rounds they opened with a pretty good round and closed with their best round, but in between had a few moments that got rocky. Nick Ritchie was Sterling's top golfer in the tournament with a 304 over the four rounds finishing 19th in the individual competition, and right behind him was Sondre Storli Jensen who finished 20th with a 305. Sterling's season has now come to a close and only loses two seniors, Trevor Black and Narudol Pinyo, from this year's team. There is plenty to look forward to next year.
