Crazy Horse Challenge a Good Test for Warrior Men

Crazy Horse Challenge a Good Test for Warrior Men

Hutchinson, Kan.-The Sterling College men's golf team hosted the Crazy Horse Challenge at Crazy Horse Golf Course in Hutchinson, Kan. on September 5-6. It was the Warrior's second tournament of the season. Crazy Horse is a par 72, 6486 yard course. The course played difficult for most who were out. The greens were dry and fast, the fairways were open, with thick roughs and natural grass all around, and add strong winds to the mix, it made for an interesting two days.

Sterling brought two teams to the tournament and each finished just 14 strokes apart. The Sterling "A" team finished in 7th place, and Sterling "B" finished in 8th. Team scores were 951 and 965. Sterling also had three independent golfers playing as well. Below you will find individual results.
